1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Return or Exchange a Product

  • Once your request is received, we will send you instructions for returning the product.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards and digital products are non-returnable.
